Omega XL is a good joint supplement but we found it too expensive and it often runs out of stock, so we rated it second best.
Secondly, for a product that has been around for quite some time, the research and reviews do leave much to be desired. They do include some of the same ingredients as Gentle Flex such as Glucosamine and Turmeric but their formula does not seem as potent and we were hard pressed to find any actual clinical studies done on their product.
After a thorough review of this product, we found that it may alleviate some tension in and around your joints; but the high price and lack of studies around the product kept it from earning our highest recommendation for overall joint health.
